Gesparc is the new player in the parking management market. Founded by Messrs. André Thivierge and Jean-François Caron, Gesparc aims to be a customer-focused, uncomplicated, and accessible management solution.

In 1987, to meet a need for rigor, honesty, and transparency, Jean-François Caron and André Thivierge founded the first French-speaking company specializing in the management of major parking facilities in North America.

As owners of several parking lots of all sizes themselves, they are very familiar with the control and profitability challenges affecting the efficient management of any type of parking. Faced with the consolidation of management companies that has occurred over the years and with over 35 years of experience in the sector, they have decided to do it again and create Gesparc with the goal of offering parking lot owners a complete, more flexible, and more customer-focused parking management service.

Gesparc's structure allows it to offer the same services and technologies as large management companies, but with the proximity of an SME well established in its community. The head office, located in the city of Quebec, perpetuates the same values with which everything began in 1987.
